RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy)

RTT is a pioneering therapy method and works with the subconscious mind to identify and release limiting patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck. It’s vehicle is hypnotherapy combined with other therapeutic tools to create a powerful cocktail that reaches deep into your subconscious mind. It acts fast to free your mind from behaviours that seem almost impossible to shake and achieve amazing breakthroughs in as little as 3 – 5 sessions. 

RTT is a very fast and efficient therapy that can be used in any of following areas: performance (sports, arts and others), burnout, procrastination, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, overwhelm, self-doubt, depression, fears, life-purpose, guilt, imposter syndrome, relationship issues, success blocks, unresolved trauma.

TRE® (Tension, stress and trauma Release Exercises)

TRE® is a series of exercises that enable the body to release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. It is designed as a self-help tool that, once learned, can be used continuously to support and promote relaxation, health, and wellness. 

It works to release tension, aches and pains, stress, mild to sever anxiety caused by work, conflicts, trauma from injuries/accidents. It builds resilience within the body and can contribute to a better quality of life.

Feldenkrais (Awareness Through Movement)

Awareness Through Movement is part of the Feldenkrais method. It teaches you to use different patterns of body movement for renewed health and increased sensory awareness.

It leads to body and mind working together in harmony, it can help you improve sleep, back pains, feeling lighter within your body and being able to do movements that you didn’t think you could do. Classes will be offered starting with May 2023.
